For the quickest diagnosis, include the app version and build shown at the bottom of Settings, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you expected to happen.
Restore a purchase
Open Orbit Drop, choose Settings, then Support Orbit Drop, and tap Restore Purchases. Theme and mode purchases can also be restored from their own purchase screens. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring never charges you again.
Ads and Remove Ads
Remove Ads removes the banner after the App Store confirms the purchase. Optional rewarded ads may remain available as player-initiated arcade refill choices; they are never forced. If the banner remains after purchasing, use Restore Purchases, fully close the app, and reopen it. Ad availability can vary with connection, consent, shared frequency limits, and the ad provider.
Game Center
Game Center is optional and can be turned on or off in Orbit Drop Settings. Scores and achievements need an internet connection and a signed-in Game Center account. If a score has not appeared, reconnect and open the app again so it can retry.
Orbit Lab — version 1.3 and later
Orbit Lab is free and does not spend an arcade run entry. Timed checks work offline at their full protocol speed and show no ads. They compare your readings on the same device and are not medical or real-world ability tests. Read how the checks, trends and evidence boundary work.
